This Privacy Policy explains how GMB Booster ("we", "us", "the Service"), operated by CloudHub AI, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our local marketing automation service, including the parts of the Service that connect to your Google Business Profile and WhatsApp.

1. Information we collect

Google account & Business Profile data. With your explicit consent (Google OAuth), we access your Google Business Profile through Google APIs to read your profile information and to publish posts, reply to reviews, and optimise your listing on your behalf. We also receive your Google account email address to identify the connected account.
Business information. Business name, address, category, phone, website, ratings, reviews and related public profile data.
WhatsApp information. The WhatsApp phone number you provide and the messages exchanged with our AI assistant, used to deliver reports and customer support on your behalf.
Usage data. Basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

We use the information solely to provide and improve the Service you signed up for — generating your profile report, publishing and optimising your Google Business Profile, replying to reviews, sending messages via WhatsApp, and tracking your local ranking. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Google API Limited Use disclosure. GMB Booster's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access the Google user data required to provide the features you have enabled, and we do not transfer or use it for any purpose other than providing those features.

3. How we store and protect data

Data is stored securely on our servers with access controls and encryption in transit. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to perform the actions you have authorised. We retain data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the Service (for example, Google APIs, WhatsApp/Meta, and our hosting and AI infrastructure), and only to the extent required to deliver the features you use, or where required by law.

5. Your choices & data deletion

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions, which revokes our access. To request deletion of your data, email us at the address below and we will delete your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use only essential cookies and minimal analytics required to operate and secure the Service.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
